Love de Vice
LOVE DE VICE, from Poland, was formed by a bunch of friends, who had played together in several constellations of Warsaw rock bands. Finally at the end of 2008 they came together and started working on a debut album. The result entitled “Dreamland” appeared on the planet in June 2009. Meanwhile, the band took part in a festival of unsigned bands organized by one of the major Polish rock radio stations. Among over 100 participants, LOVE DE VICE reached the final three. 2009 the band spent on playing live shows, promoting “Dreamland”, producing the first video and relaxing. Notably, they played various acoustic concerts in Warsaw clubs, all of them well received. During summer and autumn of 2009 the band started rehearsing new material for the second album. Now they are finishing the mixes and the album “Numaterial” will hit the shelves in October.
LOVE DE VICE surely know the history of the rock music. They can probably play many of the classic Deep Purple, Jethro Tull, or Crimson Glory songs awaken in the middle of the night. Notwithstanding, they haven’t overslept the dawn of the 21st century. Their mixes are vivid and rich, the rhythm sections is dense, vocals rough and melodic, guitars distorted and decorative, arpeggios ring. There is a lot happening from the start to finish and you hardly know what to expect in the next measure. Take a ride for yourself. You will be rewarded.
